The organization of language competitions, called the Language Olympics, has a long tradition at the University of Agriculture, as they have been organized for 25 years by Foreign Language Unit.

Every year, University students are given the opportunity to participate in English or German Language Competitions. In the past, Russian Language Competitions were organized as well. These language competitions have always served the sole purpose of enriching the process of teaching foreign languages to our students. The competitions have always been very popular among students and the competitors are expected to deal with language problems at B2 and C1 levels which frequently go far beyond the curricula of their regular language courses.
