On-line enrolment (applies to the first year students).
First year students are obliged to join a language group on USOS database in accordance with the prevailing rules. Language group enrolment is based on the written matura exam results.
Each student is obliged to study one foreign language at one of the following levels:
A1 — elementary,
A2 — pre-intermediate,
B1 — intermediate,
B2 — upper-intermediate.
Language selection for full-time students English and German
Language group enrolment is based on the written matura exam results.
A2 level — up to 80% in the written matura exam at the basic level
B1 level — 81% to 100% in the written matura exam at the basic level
and up to 50% in the written matura exam at the extended level
B2 level — at least 51% % in the written matura exam at the extended level
A1 level English groups are not formed!
Depending on the number of candidates inter- faculty A1 groups can be formed.
French and Russian
The enrolment for inter-faculty French and Russian courses is based on a test taken at the first meeting. Depending on the number of candidates A1 groups can be formed for elementary students and A2, B1, B2 groups for students who passed the matura exam in French or Russian and for those who are willing to improve the knowledge of these languages.

The enrolment is based on students' self-assessment of their foreign language knowledge.
Part-time students are not obliged to enrol via USOS.
